Anant Ahuja is the Head of Organisational Development at Shahi Exports, India's largest apparel manufacturer, employing over 100,000 people. Since 2012, Anant has been spearheading positive changes across the business through innovation and strategy to align the company's growth with the development of people, community and the environment. His belief that the private sector is a critical lever for development and sustainability led him to start Good Business Lab, a labour innovation start-up that conducts research to find common ground between worker well-being and business interests. He graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mohan Kumar has over 25 years of experience in Biomedical, Semiconductor and Healthcare industries. Dr. Mohan works on several innovations involving wearables, hearables, VR/AR and next generation eTextiles specific to sports and healthcare. He recently founded Digital Fashion Factory (DFF), which has launched products for women's wellness and will soon launch a smart sports tech product. Dr. Mohan obtained his Doctorate in Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London in the domain of 'Ultra Low Power Wearable Systems'.

An MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, he has earned gold medals in both institutions for his academic excellence.

A qualification in Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints (ToC) and Senior Assessor for the GCI competencies have added to his domain competency of Product Lifecycle Management.
